Significant experience in leading a People or HR function and a track record of developing and
implementing people strategies, policies and processes.
A good understanding of culture change work and experience of delivering change projects.
A strategic and innovative thinker with strong influencing skills and confidence to work with senior
colleagues and trustees.
In-depth knowledge of all areas of HR (recruitment, talent development, culture, reward, compliance)
and in-depth knowledge HR best practice and employment law. CIPD level 7 qualified (or equivalent)
In-depth knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion work and the ability to translate strategic
intentions into actionable activities
A track record of leading and delivering change in a small - medium sized organisation.
A confident and experienced communicator and the ability to build relationships with a range of
individuals and organisations.
Ability to analyse and synthesise complex information quickly and effectively and comfortable
working with data.
Financial management skills and experience of managing budgets.
Experience of managing, motivating and developing staff
An interest in exploring alternative, non-traditional ways of working to share power and address
structural inequalities.
